**ACCOUNTING MANAGER SHARED SERVICE CENTRE BELGIUM**
**Functie**:
Votre rôle a fondamentalement pour objet de développer et diriger le Centre financier de Comptabilité & Reporting en Belgique tout en contrôlant la qualité et en observant et mettant en œuvre les meilleures pratiques et procédures. Vos responsabilités primaires incluent:
- Superviser le Centre financier, y compris la comptabilité et la production de rapports (US GAAP). - Agir en membre de l'équipe et participer si nécessaire à certaines des tâches de comptabilité, de clôture et de production de rapports. - Diriger et développer l'équipe en charge de la comptabilité (4 ETP) et soutenir les équipes financières pour le Belux. - Représenter le Centre financier Belux au sein de l'Organisation financière européenne et mondiale de Signode.
- Développer l'organisation, simplifier l'empreinte comptable et mettre en œuvre les meilleures pratiques, y compris en matière d'automatisation (déploiement d'ERP), de standardisation, de processus SOX, d'audit et de conformité aux politiques, de matières fiscales générales et de questions statutaires. - Conduire les projets d'amélioration et porter la gestion du changement. - Collaborer étroitement avec les contrôleurs fonctionnels et d'autres Responsables financiers nationaux d'Europe. - Agir en partenaire opérationnel de confiance pour les parties prenantes, y compris les directions locales.
- Rapporter directement au Directeur des services financiers partagés pour l'Europe en Suède.
**Profiel**:
- Pour être éligible à ce poste, vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme supérieur en économie, finance/comptabilité ou administration. - Vous avez une expérience pertinente et réussie dans la comptabilité et/ou le contrôle au sein d'une grande entreprise internationale avec reporting pour le groupe.
- Des connaissances des US GAAP et de SOX sont un plus, pas une exigence.
- Vous pouvez démontrer des capacités de leadership, vous êtes capable de porter la gestion du changement et de mener des projets et processus de transformation et d'amélioration continue. Vous maîtrisez parfaitement Excel, l'expérience de systèmes ERP (ex. Microsoft Dynamics 365, Navision, SAP) est un avantage. - Vous êtes capable de travailler en toute autonomie et de manière efficace avec un haut niveau de responsabilité. - Vous êtes flexible, avec une approche professionnelle et consciencieuse du travail et la capacité de prioriser la charge de travail et de prendre l'initiative.
- Vous montrez des compétences interpersonnelles solides et êtes capable d'exercer une influence. - Vous avez d'excellentes compétences communicationnelles en français et en anglais (oral et écrit). - Vous êtes basé ou désireux de vous établir dans le sud de la Belgique. - Si vous résidez de l'autre côté de la frontière, en France ou au Luxembourg, vous êtes disposé à travailler environ trois jours par semaine à
