The Global Supply Chain team in Luxembourg has been on a journey to become recognized as a global expert in everything we do.

This role works in Supply Chain and its purpose is to manage the commercial evaluation of future partnerships and supervise the e& relationship which will grow scale and create greater value for both organizations.
Both companies have over added significant value to both corporations both in driving more harmonized standards across their respective operating companies as well as developing new and innovative commercial models.
Both operations have scaled well with significant spending managed centrally.
The Principal drives and works with the teams to develop and implement best practices to enable the successful delivery of VPC commercial partnership projects Main responsibilities include scope and business case management; stakeholder management and meeting facilitation; cleanroom benchmarking, Value, and benefits case identification and delivery, project planning including milestone management; risk and issue management.
Integral to delivering these responsibilities will be financial management; maintaining risks, issues, assumptions, and actions logs; and program reporting to Exco and VPC board Steerco's and joint external partner Steerco's.
You will:
- Work in a complex multicultural environment
- Manage category teams on joint procurement opportunities
- Supervise the relationship interface with e& Program lead
- Governance structure built & diarised, cleanroom price benchmarking
- Establish reporting structure and templates
- Set up and runs key governance sessions, facilitation
- Communication plans for OneSCM (One Supply Chain Management)
- Project plan built, RACI set, deadlines & deliverables agreed
- Drive activities to completion
- Support creation of white papers and Steerco slide decks and preparation of Executive Committee and Clevel meetings
Core Competencies:
- Professional experience in working with complex multimulticultural teams.
- People management experience of virtual matrix teams.
- Strong motivational skills/ communication skills.
- Matrix management and management of 3rd parties.
- Handson management of complex international, projects, with a very strong emphasis on planning, execution, and control.
- Experience in complex program management.
