Outsourcing Manager (m|w|d)

für unseren Bereich Organisation/IT/Verwaltung.

Tätigkeitsbeschreibung:

Ihr zukünftiges Aufgabenportfolio:

• Sie bringen Methodenkompetenz, regulatorische Expertise sowie Prüfungs- und Auslagerungserfahrung in unser Team und unsere Prozesse ein.

• Sie beraten unseren ZAB sowie alle 2nd- und 1st-Line-Funktionen in allen gesetzlichen, regulatorischen und Fragen zur IT-Governance end-2-end.

• Sie wirken bei der Entwicklung von Auslagerungsstrategien und -prozessen mit, bei der Operationalisierung des Governance Frameworks sowie die laufende Adaption neuer in- und externer Anforderungen.

• Sie agieren intensiv in übergreifenden Teams und Projekten, immer mit dem Ziel, den Kundennutzen und die Servicequalität des Zentralen Auslagerungsmanagement hinsichtlich der Prozesse und Tools zu maximieren.

• Sie erkennen Trends in den regulatorischen & IT-Compliance Themen und generieren schnell praxistaugliche Lösung zur Umsetzung neuer Anforderungen (bspw. in den Bereichen KI, Cloud-Technologie, Lizensierung, DORA, pp.).

Ihr Profil:

Sie als Mensch und Profi:

• Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes (Fach-)Hochschulstudium oder zertifizierte Weiterbildungen in den Bereichen Bankenregulatorik (nach EBA, BaFin, CSSF und FINMA), IT Compliance, IT Governance, OpRisk Management.

• Sie haben mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem Kreditinstitut oder bei einem Finanzdienstleister.

• Ihnen ist wichtig, den aktuellen Status quo zu hinterfragen und neue Wege auch bei Widerständen einzuschlagen.

• Ihre Stärken liegen in Ihren kommunikativen Fähigkeiten, im verbindlichen Auftreten und einer lösungsorientierten Denkweise.

• Ihre analytische und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise führen zu pragmatischen Lösungen, die einen Mehrwert für die Bank generieren.

• Ihre Erfahrung und Ihr Wissen in den Bereichen Stakeholdermanagement, Prozessoptimierung, Regulatorik und IT Compliance setzen Sie erfolgreich in Prüfungssituationen ein.

• Prozessdesign und Prozessdokumentation zählen zu Ihren Stärken.
