Laissez-nous vous présenter l'organisation de notre partenaire qui est à la recherche d'un nouveau talent pour une position de Senior Legal Officer afin de soutenir leur projet en pleine expansion.
Cette fiduciaire est composée d'une équipe dynamique d'une dizaine de collaborateurs, située en centre-ville de Luxembourg vous pourrez vous rendre au bureau sereinement en évitant le stress de la voiture grâce aux transports en commun gratuits qui desservent parfaitement les locaux.

Enfin travaillez dans un environnement dans lequel vous serez en contact direct avec votre passionnante clientèle financière que vous pourrez développer sans perdre de temps à compléter une Timesheet pour pleinement vous consacrez aux missions que vous aimez.

Vos responsabilités | Legal Officer - Juridique - Corporate - Fiduciaire

Dans votre futur rôle de Senior Legal Officer, vous aurez à la charge la gestion quotidienne complète de votre portefeuille de clients composées principalement de sociétés financières telle que des Soparfis, Holdings, SCSPs, ou bien Titrisation.

Vous serez désigné comme le conseiller de vos clients, et aurez à cœur de les guider au mieux dans le management légal et administratif de leurs entités de A à Z, soit de la constitution à la liquidation. Cela se traduit par la préparation des documents Corporate tels que les contrats, les procès-verbaux et autres documentations juridiques.

Vous devrez collecter les différentes pièces et documents nécessaires auprès de vos clients, et les analyserez afin de vous assurer de leurs conformités par le biais d'analyses KYC/KYT.

Vous serez désigné comme point de contact avec les départements en internes, vos clients et les administrations luxembourgeoises compétentes.

Profil et parcours | Legal Officer - Juridique - Corporate - Fiduciaire

Vous avez acquis au minimum cinq ans d'expérience en tant que Senior Legal Officer, ou bien une position similaire au sein de fiduciaires, PSF luxembourgeoises vous offrant une autonomie dans vos missions.

Vous avez idéalement obtenu un diplôme universitaire en droit, Bachelor ou Master, cela vous permettant d'avoir acquis une méthode et logique de travail ainsi qu'une bon exposition aux matières juridiques.

Vous possédez un état d'esprit d'entrepreneur, vous permettant de pouvoir développer votre propre portefeuille clients grâce à votre dynamise et ainsi continuer de bâtir de belles relations et renforcer votre réseau et bénéficier d'échanges passionnants.
