**Senior Legal Officer - Fiduciaire croissante, Solide projet d'avenir
C'est avec un grand plaisir et une conviction résolue que nous accompagnons notre partenaire dans la recherche d'une nouvelle recrue. Cette fiduciaire résolument tournée vers l'avenir est aujourd'hui à la recherche d'un/d'une Senior Legal Officer.

La création de la fiduciaire remonte à moins d'une décennie. Aujourd'hui, cette structure qui compte une dizaine de personnes s'agrandit dans le contexte d'une expansion de ses activités. L'équipe se composant d'une partie Comptabilité et d'une partie Corporate évolue aujourd'hui sur des dossiers à 100% financiers. Ainsi, la structure gère les besoins comptables, légaux et de domiciliation d'une centaine d'entités. Celles-ci sont essentiellement des SOPARFIs/Holdings, SCSP, Fonds de dette et Véhicules de titrisation.

L'environnement et l'atmosphère établis au fils du temps se veulent bienveillants et conviviaux. Ainsi, l'équipe dynamique évolue en collaborant étroitement. Le fonctionnement de la fiduciaire basé sur une hiérarchie plate conditionne la communication directe et efficace de l'équipe. **Vos responsabilités **|** Senior Legal Officer - PSF - Fiduciaire - Legal**
- Vous avez à charge la gestion juridique quotidienne d'un portefeuille d'entités varié. Cela implique les changements statutaires, la rédaction et la revue de documents juridiques en tout genre, etc.
- Vous gérez également les demandes en matière de procédures légales et fiscales de vos clients.
- Vous préparez et supportez les réunions de conseil d'administration / réunions d'actionnaires. Dans ce contexte, vous pourrez êtes occasionnellement amené à participer.
- Vous servez de lien entre vos clients, l'équipe comptable et les parties prenantes externes tel que les institutions de régulation, les banques, auditeurs et juristes.

**Profil et parcours **|** Senior Legal Officer - PSF - Fiduciaire - Legal**
- Vous possédez entre 3 et 6 ans d'expérience au sein d'une fiduciaire, PSF, ManCo ou en Big Four.
- Vous accumulez un bagage conséquent en matière d'administration de fonds au Luxembourg.
- Vous maîtrisez très bien le français et l'anglais à l'écrit comme à l'oral et ce dans un environnement international.
