The Faculty of Science, Technology and Medicine (FSTM) contributes multidisciplinary expertise in the fields of ;

We are looking for

Your Role
:

  • Conducting highquality research in the border area of deep learning systems, explainability, and natural language processing)
  • Presentation of research findings at workshops and conferences
  • Publication of scientific papers in peerreviewed international journals
  • Writing or helping to write project proposals
  • Teaching in the context of the Doctoral Training Unit (60h per year)

What we expect from you:

  • A PhD degree related to Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, or a related discipline
  • Interest in an interdisciplinary work in the context of the Doctoral Training Unit D4H
  • Evidence of highquality research documented by good publications
  • Strong analytical capacity, creativity, and commitment
  • Very good written and spoken English skills; proficiency in French or German is a plus
  • Ability to attract research funding
