Instructor Ground Operations Training

TASK RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Ground Operations Training department at Cargolux consists of a dynamic group of instructors and administrative staff working in a multicultural environment.
As our instructor, you will need to fulfill the following tasks and responsibilities in the mentioned fields of training:
- Create instructional training material based on regulations, company procedures and standards (classroom, on-the-job and online training)
- Demonstrate the ability to present complex materials in a simplified way to achieve the learning objectives
- Follow accurately all changes in regulations/procedures and update the training material accordingly
- Support the administration of the department
- Ensure keeping practical and theoretical knowledge updodate and adapt modern instructional methods
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:
- General school leaving certificate of secondary education or equivalent (e.g. A-Level, BAC, Abitur), a Bachelors degree in a relevant field is considered as an advantage
- Working experience as qualified loading staff of cargo aircraft
- Previous experience as instructor is considered as an advantage
- Sound communication skills
- Ability to present and give instructions in front of a multicultural audience
- Proactive, safety
- Ability to deal effectively with complexity and good problemsolving skills
- Feeling comfortable to work in a team as well as autonomously
- Good computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams)
- Fluency in written and spoken English
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Fulltime position based in Luxembourg
- A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection
