As such, SLAM LUX manages UCITS as well as AIF pursuing Real Estate, Infrastructure and Debt strategies of corporate and contractual form._
- You have wide experience in Operational Risk Management? In order to enforce our dynamic Risk Management team in Luxembourg (Kirchberg), we are looking for a highly motivated Operational Risk Manager (f/m/d) on a permanent contract with working pensum between 50100%._
- In this role you will take an active part in assessing, monitoring and reporting on relevant operational risks pertaining to SLAM LUX as an enterprise as well as the funds under the governance and further developing the risk and security culture within the organisation._
Responsibilities:
- Management and enhancement of the Operational Risks Management framework including supporting the respective business functions in identifying, monitoring, and mitigating operational and business risks as well as defining & implementing adequate mitigation measures
- Management, coordination and further development of the IT and Information Security Risk Management framework and close cooperation with IT and business functions units to identify and assess information security risks
- Maintenance and further development of the Internal Control System (incl. IT and Security Controls) along SLAM LUX's value chain
- Administration and coordination of the SLAM LUX process
- Managing and enhancing the selection, onboarding and monitoring process of ICT Delegates
- Coordination and lead of the annual assessment cycle, specifically the performance, validation and documentation of risk and control assessments with the process and control owner
- Support and advise Management and business functions in Risk related matters and ongoing reporting to internal and external stakeholders (e.g. Management Committee, Board of Directors, Swiss Life Division and Group, regulator)
- Promoting a sound risk culture including coordination of stafftrainings and maintenance of awarenessprograms
- 3+ years of professional operational risk management, IT risk management, information security or audit expertise and experience in the investment funds or banking industry
- Entrepreneurial mindset and experience to setup, implement required processes and further improve them (knowledge in process modelling standards is a bonus)
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills and ability to challenge new ideas from a risk perspective
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and German or French.
- Strong team player, dynamic and resilient with the ability to work independently
- Good knowledge of MS Office
