Unsere engagierten Fachleute unterstützen unsere Kunden in allen Phasen des Compliance-Prozesses, gehen komplexe Steuerfragen an und erkunden Steuerplanungsmöglichkeiten, die ihr Geschäft optimieren können. Unsere Kunden sind multinationale Konzerne sowie luxemburgische Unternehmen mit einer Vielzahl von Aktivitäten.

Ihre nächste Herausforderung

  • Bereitstellung von Dienstleistungen zur Einhaltung der Steuervorschriften für unsere Kunden, die in den Bereichen Finanzdienstleistungen, Handel, Immobilien und Industrie tätig sind. Diese Dienstleistungen umfassen die Prüfung von Steuerbescheiden, die Kommunikation mit den Steuerbehörden sowie die Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Wirtschaftsprüfungsteam bei Beratungsleistungen im Bereich Steuern
  • Beratung der Kunden im Hinblick auf die rechtzeitige und korrekte Abgabe von Steuererklärungen bzw. die Einhaltung von Vorschriften zur Erfüllung ihrer Verpflichtungen
  • Leitung von Kundenmeetings und Schulungen, die von unserer Gruppe organisiert werden
  • Aufbau produktiver, langfristiger Beziehungen zu Kunden und Kollegen über ein breites Netzwerk, basierend auf gegenseitigem Respekt
  • Talentförderung der Nachwuchskräfte durch fachliche Unterstützung, Delegation von Steuerfragen und Betreuung der von Ihnen erstellten Steuererklärungen

  • Entwickeln Sie leistungsstarke Mitarbeiter und Teams durch herausfordernde und sinnvolle Aufgaben

  • Gehen Sie mit gutem Beispiel voran und bauen Sie vertrauensvolle Beziehungen auf
  • Verständnis der wichtigsten Ziele für den Kunden und Deloitte; Menschen auf Ziele ausrichten und Prioritäten und Richtungen festlegen

Deine Fähigkeiten

  • Sie verfügen über mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Steuerberatung in einer Big Four, Anwaltskanzlei oder Hauptverwaltung eines Unternehmens
  • Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Accounting, Finance oder Economics oder eine Berufsausbildung zum Steuerfachangestellten erfolgreich abgeschlossen und möchtest sich beruflich weiterentwickeln
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch Organisationstalent, Flexibilität und Termintreue aus
  • Sie engagieren sich und teilen Ihr Know-how mit dem Team
  • Sie sprechen fließend Englisch und haben gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch oder Französisch
