Manager for our Personal Tax Compliance

Our Personal Tax Compliance & Global Mobility team specializes in providing tax and global mobility solutions for multinational organizations dealing with international employment, expatriates, compensation strategies, and HR consulting. We offer services in personal tax compliance, immigration, social security, and posted worker compliance solutions.
As a part of a global network, we collaborate frequently with other Deloitte offices worldwide. The strategic location of Luxembourg near Belgium, France, and Germany presents diverse multinational and cross-border working challenges.
Your next challenge- Manage compliance services for Luxembourg-based individuals and expatriates, covering tax briefings, estimates, preparation/review of complex tax returns, including tax equalization processes
- Identify and differentiate various special tax regimes affecting compliance work, aligning tax and social security positions across countries
- Support global mobility services by analyzing tax situations, double tax treaties, social security, immigration, and tax projections
- Engage in client and colleague meetings across the Deloitte network, fostering strong relationships locally and internationally
- Become a trusted advisor for clients
- Develop junior team members through technical support, delegating tax work, and supervising tax return preparations

- Proficiency in English required, proficiency in French and German considered advantageous
