Quel sera votre rôle?

  • Au cours des premières semaines, vous suivrez une formation intensive pour vous familiariser avec la gamme de produits Ricoh.
  • Dès le départ, vous vous verrez attribuer un portefeuille de clients existants et de prospects dans votre région, dont vous serez responsable.
  • Vous abordez le client (potentiel) avec un esprit ouvert et entamez un dialogue pour détecter ses besoins et ses souhaits.
  • Vous présentez des solutions ciblées qui répondent aux besoins des clients et des prospects.
  • Vous jouez un rôle de conseiller et construisez des relations durables avec vos clients.
  • Vous détectez constamment de nouvelles possibilités et identifiez des opportunités commerciales, que vous traitez également avec succès.
  • Vous jouez le rôle d'ambassadeur et contribuez à asseoir la réputation de Ricoh sur le marché.

Quel profil recherchons-nous?

  • Vous avez au moins 2 ans d'expérience de vente dans un environnement B2B.
  • Vous n'êtes pas découragé par le cold calling et vous tirez satisfaction de l'apport de nouveaux clients.
  • Vous voyez une opportunité dans chaque contact et la saisissez à deux mains.
  • Vous avez un intérêt et/ou une affinité pour l'informatique et vous vous sentez à l'aise dans un environnement numérique qui évolue rapidement.
  • Vous gérez et contrôlez vos dossiers de manière professionnelle et assurez un suivi adéquat de vos contacts.
  • Vous êtes avide d'apprendre et aimez agir sur la base de vos connaissances.
  • Vous faites preuve d'un bon esprit d'initiative et de solides compétences en matière de communication.
  • Vous vous exprimez en français et en anglais. L'allemand et le Luxembourgeois sont des atouts.
