Manpower Permanent Placement has an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Manager (M/F/X) on behalf of one of its clients - an established accounting firm in Luxembourg with decades of experience. This position is available on a full-time or part-time permanent basis.
Main Responsibilities:
- Preparing and managing client payroll
- Precise oversight of monthly and yearly closures
- Rigorous monitoring of tax and social obligations
- Ensuring compliance with current regulatory requirements
- Close collaboration with clients to meet their payroll needs
Additional Tasks:
- Managing the accounting of commercial client companies
- Assisting in audit processes
- Organizing and maintaining accounting documents for optimal data management
Profile:
- Degree in Accounting
- 4 years of experience in service companies, preferably with commercial clients and payroll processing
- Fluency in written and spoken French and English
- Knowledge of Luxembourg social laws and regulations
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
