Anderson Wise is pleased to present this excellent opportunity for an experienced and dynamic FP&A specialist to join an international industrial company in their Luxembourg office as a Senior Analyst.

Your responsibilities**:

  • Work with senior business management to help develop business plans including appropriate performance targets and metrics.
  • Provide local coaching and training to improve financial competencies across the business management teams.
  • Lead the business in driving full accountability from Orders, Sales, contribution margin down to EBITDA and cash.
  • Develop Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, and Financial Modelling tools that will help the business to provide an accurate financial forecast.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports, variance analysis, and identify risks and opportunities to assist senior management with their decisionmaking.
  • Implement and work with a Business Intelligence Tool and Dashboard reports to automate and streamline the reporting process.
  • Analyse complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decisionmaking purposes.
  • Be part of the implementation and tracking of strategic deployment initiatives which would drive deep transformations and changes to the business to accelerate growth.
  • Assist with ad hoc strategic and operational projects as required.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position with strong Financial Planning and Analysis background for a large Group.
  • Experienced operating and influencing at C-Suite levels.
  • Fluent in English. Additional languages are a plus.
  • Advanced Excel skills (Power BI knowledge would be a strong advantage).
  • Experienced in ERP (Microsoft Navision AX) and Dashboarding.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, presentation, communication, and writing skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and commercial awareness.
  • Strong Business acumen and problemsolving skills.
  • Can deal with ambiguity and be able to create "what if" models and run sensitivity and risk scenarios.
  • Proactive with the ability to multitask, take ownership of responsibilities, and deliver on expectations.
  • Ability to think creatively, highly driven, and selfmotivated.
  • Not satisfied with the status quo, catalyst for change.
