Junior HR and Payroll Officer (M/F):

We are looking for a
Junior HR and Payroll Officer (M/F) on a permanent contract.

Under the supervision of the team manager, your responsibilities cover the following aspects in the management of Luxembourg-based companies:

  • Preparation of payroll statements for a diverse clientele from various sectors
  • Comprehensive management of ancillary activities related to payroll processing
  • Assisting clients with inquiries regarding the establishment of account statements and associated documents
  • Interacting with various administrative entities
  • Working closely with other team members
  • Ensure the accuracy of calculations and deductions in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department.
  • Contribute to the permanent improvement of HR internal processes and procedures

Your qualifications:

  • BAC+2 in accounting / finance / Human Resources or relevant field and/or a proven
  • Previous experience or internship in HR or payroll administration is preferred.
  • Knowledge of payroll processing procedures and regulations.
  • Familiarity with APSAL software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fastpaced environment.
  • Fluent in English, French, other language being an asset.
