As Corporate Officer, you will play a crucial role in handling the legal and administrative formalities of their Luxembourgish structures, ensuring compliance with legal obligations for their client companies.


To join Fidupar, we are looking for a:
Corporate Officer (M/F/x)
Long term contract, full time or min. 32 hours

Mission:

Your role will encompass the following responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the preparation and follow-up of formalities for the establishment of Luxembourgish structures, including the formalities relating to our AML obligations.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal obligations, such as holding board meetings, shareholders' meetings, drafting minutes, filing the accounts etc., for a portfolio of companies.
  • Managing invoices and taxes payments for our corporate clients.
  • Drafting of services agreements and contracts.
  • Providing support during client meetings and taking detailed notes of the discussions held.
  • Assisting in overall administrative management of the companies, handling mail and monitoring legal documents.

Profile:

They are looking for a dynamic and motivated person with the following profile:

  • Hold a Bachelor degree in a legal administration or administrative field.
  • Previous experience of 35 years in a similar domain would be a valuable asset.
  • Proficiency in English and French. Proficiency in another language would be an additional asset.
  • Excellent computer skills (Office environment, Demasy).
  • Client serviceoriented with a commercial mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of setting priorities, meeting deadlines, and delivering quality work.
  • Autonomy and sense of responsibility, with a willingness to be part of a dynamic team.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team, fostering positive professional relationships both internally and externally.
