Junior Technician

We are seeking a technical designer to strengthen our Office Management team.
You will be responsible to update our building plans but you will be also be involved for creation of technical plans 2d/3d and schematics for internal projects.
The candidate will be tasked with project requirements' preparation, cost estimation, and liaison with suppliers. Punctually assist technical team in manual tasks.
This will include setting up training rooms or event spaces and offering sporadic user support with meeting room audio/visual tools. The candidate must possess a significant degree of flexibility, be able to manage task priorities. An Ability to works autonomous as well as collaborate effectively with a team is essential. Importantly, this position demands a problem-solver, someone who can identify challenges and use innovative thinking to devise effective and efficient solutions. Your next challenge
- Interpretation and understanding of technical drawings and plans.
- The effective use of AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, SketchUp for updating and creating 2D/3D technical drawings, schematics or plans.
- Preparation of technical documents, including specifications and estimated budgets.
- Monitoring and tracking of project progress and supplier activities.
- Cross-functional role that interfaces with diverse teams within the department
- Use of common office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Set up training rooms and event spaces within our buildings.
- Provide ad hoc user support for meeting room audio/visual tools.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, SketchUp.
- Understand and interpret technical plans and schemas.
- Capable of preparing precise technical documents, such as project requirements and budgets.
- Able to monitor and follow-up with works and suppliers.
- Proficient with common computer software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Capable of prioritising tasks and demonstrating flexibility.
- Able to assist with manual tasks related to event setup and technical support.
- Fluent communication skills in English and French. German is considered a plus.
- Proactive, problem-solver, dynamic, motivated and excellent presentation skills.
- Must have a type B driver's license.
