ExecuJet is currently seeking a suitably qualified person to fill a vacancy, based at Lanseria International Airport.

Purpose of the job

The main objective of the position is to ensure and deliver a hospitality service of high standard, quality and professionalism.


Key responsibilities

  • Ensure effective lounge presentation and preparation at all times
  • Ensure effective VIP passenger handling
  • Ensure effective and efficient customer service to all clients
  • Ensure effective administration (flight invoices, monthly inventory reports)
  • Ensure effective marketing of the aviation services offered by ExecuJet
  • Assist with all ad hoc duties as assigned by the relevant manager

Requirements:

Educational

  • Grade 1
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Driver's License

Experience

  • On the job experience with VIP passenger handling, domestic / international flight procedures
  • Interaction with dignitaries and VIP's
  • Hospitality background will be advantageous
