Ground Hostess

ExecuJet is currently seeking a suitably qualified person to fill a vacancy, based at Lanseria International Airport.
**Purpose of the job**
The main objective of the position is to ensure and deliver a hospitality service of high standard, quality and professionalism.
**Key responsibilities**
- Ensure effective lounge presentation and preparation at all times
- Ensure effective VIP passenger handling
- Ensure effective and efficient customer service to all clients
- Ensure effective administration (flight invoices, monthly inventory reports)
- Ensure effective marketing of the aviation services offered by ExecuJet
- Assist with all ad hoc duties as assigned by the relevant manager

**Requirements**:
**Educational**
- Grade 12
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Driver’s License

**Experience**
- On the job experience with VIP passenger handling, domestic / international flight procedures
- Interaction with dignitaries and VIP’s
- Hospitality background will be advantageous
