  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent years of work experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated success in data intensive quantitative analysis and recommendations.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and feature concepts.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects across functional teams, including product management, marketing, creative, legal and merchandizing teams.
  • Strong leader with excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Proven ability to manage large numbers of initiatives and competing priorities.
  • Proficient knowledge of Excel.


Do you want to join the Amazon Echo team in Europe? Amazon Devices is looking for a customer-obsessed, analytical, results-oriented Senior Marketing & Sales Manager to drive demand for Echo products in Europe.


In this highly visible role, you will manage sales and marketing strategies for Echo products, working closely with global and local sales, site merchandising and advertising teams across Amazon to ensure your product category reaches its maximum potential, both on and off site.

Key job responsibilities

  • Promotions execution across 10 countries
  • Strategy alignment for onsite marketing campaigns
  • Identifying new demand generating initiatives
  • Build and contribute to become *the* best sales team in the world.
A day in the life
You will thrive in this role, if hitting and beating targets gets you excited and motivated. This category operates with a Day 1 mindset, each and every day. There is no playbook for how smart speakers should or could be sold in any country. Your job is to help Amazon Echo speakers make their way into as many customers' homes.

To do so, you will work on a range of strategies to promote our products, target new and different customer segments, and you will collaborate with global teams to ensure our products continue to evolve and exceed customer expectations.
