Our administrative team plays a crucial role in supporting Management, Clients, and Employees by efficiently handling daily tasks and projects, ensuring business priorities are met.
We are currently seeking a Junior Personal Assistant for our Audit & Assurance Department.
Your next challenge
- Guide 3 Partners in their roles, manage complex schedules, arrange travel and meetings, and handle administrative duties effectively,
- Support the team with various administrative tasks including organizing meetings, handling mails, travel arrangements, and other audit engagement-related responsibilities,
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external clients, manage confidential inquiries, and enhance client relationships,
- Conduct research and prepare documents using internal resources, databases, and external references,
- Organize team events, manage budgets, and assist with ad hoc requests related to specific projects,

Your skills
- Hold a University degree or Bachelor's in a relevant administrative field,
- Show dedication to customer service, possess strong social skills, and maintain a professional demeanor always,
- Demonstrate initiative, creativity, and a can-do attitude,
- Excel in organization and time management, deliver high-quality work under pressure, and adapt to tight deadlines,
- Communicate effectively with individuals at all levels, including senior executives,
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion,
- Have advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook),
- Proficiency in English and French is essential, German or Luxembourgish proficiency is a plus.
