- 33283Our client, a leading USbased investment manager, has successfully established its inhouse AIFM in Luxembourg to oversee a diverse portfolio of Alternative Investment Funds.
- To support this growth, they are seeking a skilled
Fund
Distribution / Marketing Officer to lead their marketing efforts across the European market, playing a pivotal part in distributing their investment offerings while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
- This is an exciting opportunity to join their growing and dynamic AIFM team in Luxembourg, reporting to the CO Portfolio Manager and collaborating closely with their New York and London offices to ensure successful outreach to European prospects.
Fund Distribution / Marketing Officer - Inhouse AIFM / Private Equity
Your areas of responsibility:
***- Help lead the marketing function in Luxembourg, with support from the Group Marketing and Compliance teams based in New York and London, and reporting to the PM Conducting Officer.
- Coordinate and review the distribution of marketing materials to EU prospects in alignment with regulatory and Group requirements.
- Assist, facilitate, and monitor the onboarding process for new EU accounts with external providers (administrators) and Group members based in New York and London, ensuring a smooth and efficient client experience.
- Engage in relationship management activities, fostering strong connections with existing and potential investors in the EU market.
- Collaborate closely with the Investor Relations team, providing support in preparing marketing materials and other investor relations documents.
Your profile:
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in marketing private funds to institutional clients in the EU
- Solid understanding of Private Equity, Private Credit and Real Estate deals and transactions.
- Previous experience in a clientfacing role is vital, demonstrating excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across international teams and time zones, especially with London and New York offices.
- Good working knowledge of AIFMD and MiFID marketing regulations, with a proactive approach to stay ahead of regulatory developments.
- Flexibility for travel to London and other European locations.
- Fluency in English is essential, any other language is an advantage
- Thrive in a small office environment, taking a handson approach to achieve objectives.
- Strong capacity to work independently, showcasing a quick learning ability and selfmotivation.
