CFL cargo ist ein Schienengüterverkehrsunternehmen, welches transeuropäische Transporte anbietet. Im Rahmen unserer Entwicklung suchen wir für unsere Abteilung "Organisation des Eisenbahnverkehrs" (DOTF) zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n **Head of Business Unit, **in unbefristetem Arbeitsverhältnis, mit Sitz in Düdelingen (LU)

**Ihre Hauptaufgabe**:
Innerhalb des DOTF von CFL cargo SA leiten Sie das Personal der Business Unit, die für die Verkehre auf dem deutschen und in Verbindung mit ausländischen Netzen, anderen Business Units, Partnern und Subunternehmern zuständig ist. Das DOTF bietet unseren internen und externen Kunden operative Konzeption, präoperative Planung und Echtzeit-Verkehrsmanagement für die CFL cargo Gruppe. Sie sind der Garant für die reibungslose Durchführung von End-to-End-Schienenverkehren für Verkehre und Aktivitäten, deren Lead Ihrer Business Unit zugewiesen ist.

**Weitere Aufgaben**:

- Führen Sie gemeinsam mit der Unterstützung der Teamleiter die Mitarbeiter Ihrer Business Unit durch die Festlegung von operativen Zielen, die Verwaltung von Prioritäten und die Überwachung der täglichen Abläufe.
- Schaffen Sie einen lösungsorientierten, kooperativen, sich gegenseitig unterstützenden Teamgeist.
- Sie handeln proaktiv und vorausschauend, um auf veränderte Situationen reagieren zu können. Unterstützen Sie Ihre Teams im Falle von Unwägbarkeiten und/oder Abweichungen, um diese zu bewältigen und angemessene Lösungen zu finden.
- Verwalten Sie die Ressourcen der Geschäftseinheit (Personal und Material), indem Sie den Bedarf mit den Mitteln in Einklang bringen und Prioritäten setzen.
- Gewährleistung der Einhaltung der durch nationale, internationale und europäische Gesetze festgelegten Regeln im Bereich der Personalplanung (Arbeitsbedingungen, Branchenvereinbarung, Tarifvertrag...) und des rollenden Materials (Lokzulassungen usw.) innerhalb Ihres Zuständigkeitsbereichs.
- Pflege der Beziehungen zu externen Regulierungsstellen und Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemäßen Nutzung der Infrastruktur der Schienennetze gemäß SNB (Schienennetz-Benutzungsbedingungen) und G-INV (Grundsatz-Infrastrukturnutzungsvertrag).
- Bewerten, definieren und budgetieren Sie mit Unterstützung der Teamleiter und in Verbindung mit dem Produktionsmanager Ihres Perimeters die Ressourcen, die für die Produktion innerhalb der Business Unit benötigt werden.
- Erstellen Sie messbare Ziele (KPI) für Züge und Korridore, die innerhalb der Business Unit verwaltet werden.
- Implementieren von Aktionsplänen bei Abweichungen von den Zielen (KPI) im Rahmen eines kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozesses.
- Kosten kontrollieren, Abweichungen (für die BU) vom Budget analysieren und unverzüglich Korrekturmaßnahmen einleiten.

**Ihr Profil**:

- Sie verfügen über mindestens drei Jahre Führungserfahrung im Schienengüterverkehr, in den Bereichen Planung, Verkehrsüberwachung usw., idealerweise in einem internationalen Verkehrsumfeld.
- Als wahrer Leader sind Sie bestrebt, eine Kooperationsdynamik innerhalb Ihres Teams zu schaffen, um die Ergebnisse und Ziele zu erreichen, die Sie ihnen vorgeben.
- Sie beherrschen die deutsche Sprache perfekt. Zusätzliche Französisch
- und Englischkenntnisse sind wünschenswert, um Ihnen die Integration und den internen und externen Austausch zu erleichtern.
- Sie sind rigoros und können Prioritäten auch unter Zeitdruck methodisch und pragmatisch verwalten. Ihre Reaktionsfähigkeit und Ihre Dynamik helfen Ihnen dabei, die Ereignisse im Betrieb zu verfolgen und die Vorfälle effizient aufzulösen.
- Bei der Entscheidungsfindung sind Sie in der Lage, wirtschaftliche und gesetzliche Faktoren zu berücksichtigen, um unter Beachtung der Sicherheit, im Interesse des Unternehmens und der Kundenzufriedenheit zu handeln.
- Ihre Analyse
- und Synthesefähigkeiten helfen Ihnen, effiziente Entscheidungen zu fassen und über Ihre Aktivitäten zu berichten.
- Sie sind kommunikativ. Sie können Ihre verschiedenen Gesprächspartner überzeugen und können Ihre Abteilung bei Sitzungen vertreten.
