Sopra Steria is recruiting a “Security Manager” in order to reinforce and drive its IT Security team.


Your Mission:


  • As Security Manager, you will be in charge of large projects focused on information and technical security for mature customers in various sectors (Finances – Banking and Insurance, Public sector, European Institutions, International organisations, etc.).
  • You will be leading teams of security consultants, architects and engineers.
  • You will present our security offerings to our clients.
  • You will manage the customer relationship in terms of service delivery, detection and generation of needs, and proposal of added-value solutions.
  • You will take part to the strategic planning for all IT Security activities.


Your Profile:


  • You have a Computer Science diploma or equivalent experience
  • You have a strong and proven experience in project management
  • You have a strong technical background and experience in IT security implementations (IAM solutions,…) and security governance, risk and compliance.
  • You have a strong understanding of security stakeholders jobs such as infrastructure and network management, application development, IT architecture, project management.
  • You have the ability to drive a team of security consultants, architects and engineers.
  • You are able to propose security architectures (analysis of needs, recommendations and writing technical offers).


Your knowledge/experience:


  • You have minimum 10 years of IT professional experience;
  • You have minimum 5 years of experience in IT security
  • You have minimum 5 years of experience in project management
  • CISA, CISSP, ISO27k, OWASP, Prince2, PMBOK certifications or equivalent are an asset
  • You have a team spirit and good communication skills
  • You are able to work in a multi-cultural environment.
  • You are open-minded and polyvalent
  • You are a leader, a decision-maker, proactive and autonomous
  • You speak fluent English and French.
