Vos responsabilités :

  • Assister les Relationship Managers dans le cadre de la gestion journalière de leurs clients
  • Préparer les visites clients (vérification profil d'investisseur, relevés de portefeuille, documents manquants etc)
  • Prendre en charge tout type d'opérations demandées par les clients via téléphone, email securisé ou courrier (parmi tant d'autres : ordres de transfert, commande de fonds, envoi copies swift et extraits bancaires, DHL, recommandés, demandes et changements cartes bancaires, suivi avec les équipes internes pour toute demande Luxtrust et demande d'accès et modifications diverses dans Bilnet)
  • Lors d'une nouvelle relation d'affaires avec la BIL, réaliser de façon autonome les ouvertures de compte ou assurer le suivi de celles-ci, préparation des formulaires, identification des intervenants, documentation légale à fournir en respectant les règles Compliance, MIFID et FATCA
  • Assurer tout type de tâches administratives courantes (traitement des modifications signalétiques nécessaires à l'occasion d'un changement intervenu dans la situation personnelle des clients ou de la société client sur base de pièces légales, mise-à-jour des nouveaux pouvoirs de signatures fournis par le client, saisie CTV, clôtures de compte, …)
  • Effectuer les vérifications et contrôles nécessaires dans le cadre de la fonction (contrôles de vraisemblance, signatures et droits de disposition, complétude des documents, indication canal de transmission, suivi flux des validations, supervision des différentes étapes du crédit jusqu'à sa mise en vigueur, …)
  • Assurer les liens avec les différents services de la banque en relation avec les dossiers clients (tel que Customer Data Management, Loans Services, AML & Business compliance, Salle des Marchés, BSC,…)
  • Administrer les différents documents (classer, copier, rechercher, rassembler, archiver, documenter)
  • Rédiger et assurer la mise en forme de lettres, mémos, etc.

Vos compétences :

  • BAC+2 et/ou expérience équivalente
  • Maitrise du Luxembourgeois, Français, Allemand et Anglais
  • Très bonne connaissance des différents outils de la banque
  • Bonne maîtrise des applications MS Office
  • Bonne connaissance des produits et du fonctionnement de la banque (est un atout supplémentaire)
