• Gestion de projets stratégiques et programme de transformation

- Accompagner le sponsor de chaque produit dans le développement/extension de nouvelles offres de services

- Piloter les projets stratégiques (IT, organisation, offre multi-produits) depuis la définition des besoins jusqu'au déploiement, en identifiant le planning, les périmètres et les plans de mise en œuvre du projet

- Coordonner les ressources internes et externes, en veillant à ce que les projets restent dans les limites de la portée, de la planification et des budgets, en collaboration avec toutes les parties prenantes concernées des différents départements.

- Suivre l'état du projet, les livrables et les alertes adressées au principal sponsor et à la direction du projet.

- Suivre et contrôler les finances du projet

- Organiser, animer les différents comités/Atelier

- Tenir à jour la documentation du projet en rassemblant, analysant et résumant les informations pertinentes

- Coordonner la conduite du changement
