Als führender Akteur im Bereich Telekommunikation und nationaler Betreiber des Post- und Finanzpostdienstes ist die POST Gruppe eine unverzichtbare Säule der luxemburgischen Wirtschaft.

Innerhalb der Personalabteilung ist der Talent & Transformation Dienst insbesondere für die Verwaltung der internen Mobilität/Rekrutierung, der Ausbildung, des Bewertungsprozesses und der HR-Transformationsprojekte zuständig.

Um unsere Teams zu verstärken, suchen wir derzeit nach einem/einer Recruiter (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Als bevorzugter Ansprechpartner für die Fachteams in Bezug auf interne Mobilität und externe Rekrutierung agieren 
  • Am gesamten Einstellungsprozess beteiligt sein: Identifikation, Qualifikation, Auswahl und Bewertung der Kandidaten in Vorstellungsgesprächen und administrative Nachverfolgung des Prozesses
  • Potenzielle Kandidaten unter Verwendung der verschiedenen verfügbaren Suchkanäle identifizieren und proaktive Kandidatensuchen durchführen
  • Statistiken und KPIs im Zusammenhang mit der Rekrutierung erstellen
  • POST bei Rekrutierungsveranstaltungen (Messen, Diskussionsrunden, Konferenzen, Schulveranstaltungen usw.) vertreten und täglich dazu beitragen, ein attraktives Bild des Unternehmens zu vermitteln
  • Zur Umsetzung von Projekten beitragen, die darauf abzielen, die HR-Prozesse und -Tools zu verbessern und/oder neue Tools zu entwickeln
Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor), vorzugsweise in Personalwesen

  • Mindestens eine fünfjährige Berufserfahrung im Recruiting

  • Beherrschung der Techniken zur Suche und Identifizierung von Bewerbern sowie der Techniken für Vorstellungsgespräche

  • Gute Kenntnisse des luxemburgischen Arbeitsrechts

  • Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Menschenkenntnisse

  • Selbständiges, proaktives, rigoros Handeln sowie ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Kundenservice und Vertraulichkeit

  • Perfekte Deutsch-, Französisch- und Englischkenntnisse
