Senior Spare Parts Stock Control and Planning Specialist

If you also:
✅ Have at least 5–8 years of experience in automotive / heavy commercial vehicle spare parts inventory planning and management,
✅ Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field,
✅ Can use English effectively in a business environment (minimum B2 level),
✅ Have advanced knowledge of demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and safety stock management,
✅ Are proficient in SAP (preferably MM / SD / APO or S/4HANA) or similar ERP systems,
✅ Have advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools with a strong data-driven analysis capability,
✅ Possess strong analytical thinking, data interpretation, and problem-solving skills, and can track KPIs such as inventory turnover, service level, backorder, and inventory accuracy, taking improvement actions accordingly,
✅ Can perform slow-moving inventory analyses and develop effective action plans,
✅ Are able to manage risk and crisis situations effectively,
✅ Have experience managing end-to-end supply chain processes in collaboration with purchasing, logistics, production, and after-sales teams,
✅ Are capable of leading process improvement initiatives and providing mentorship within the team,
