Leader Cybersecurity Analyst

 We are looking for an experienced cybersecurity analyst to work for the EU European Parliament.<\/span>

REQUIREMENTS -TASKS<\/span>
<\/p>

 <\/span>
<\/p>

The required tasks are related to the PKI and digital certificates domains, service, and project management with the capacity to do several confidential tasks in parallel.<\/span>
<\/p>

 <\/span>
<\/p>

The main tasks required are:<\/span>
<\/p>

 <\/span>
<\/p>

1. Design and implementation of protection measures and especially the ones based on PKI and digital certificates;<\/span>
<\/p>

2. Identity and Access management;<\/span>
<\/p>

3. Data protection and integrity: encryption, data loss prevention mechanisms;<\/span>
<\/p>

4. Contribute to Security Management activities and to the building of the strategic view for the future of ICT security at the European Parliament in the light of the new technologies available including the Cloud based ones;<\/span>
<\/p>

5. Perform market reviews, products analyses, studies for both on -premises, Cloud based and hybrid solutions;<\/span>
<\/p>

6. Lead security -related solutions assessments and labs;<\/span>
<\/p>

7. Lead and manage Security -related projects;<\/span>
<\/p>

8. Implement users and systems authentication protocols and methods;<\/span>
<\/p>

9. Maintain the existing PKI systems planning their evolutions;<\/span>
<\/p>

10. Support EP users in their PKI related day to day activities;<\/span>
<\/p>

11. Document and operate the certificate management processes (key ceremony, registration authority, certification authority, revocation);<\/span>
<\/p>

12. Interact with the management and other ICT operations teams for reporting relevant events<\/span>
<\/p>

The consultant will have expertise in the Cybersecurity global domain and especially in the following specific ones:<\/span>
<\/p>

 <\/span>
<\/p>

·      <\/span><\/span><\/span>PKI<\/span>
<\/p>

·      <\/span><\/span><\/span>Digital certificates;<\/span>
<\/p>

·      <\/span><\/span><\/span>Use of PKI and digital certificates in secure architectures;<\/span>
<\/p>

·      <\/span><\/span><\/span>Cloud based architectures<\/span>
<\/p>

·      <\/span><\/span><\/span>Writing reports and analyses documents<\/span>
<\/p>

·      <\/span><\/span><\/span>Operating Systems Security (Linux, Windows)<\/span>
<\/p>

<\/p>

Educational qualifications:<\/span>
<\/p>

 <\/span>
<\/p>

Master. At least one ICT Security professional certification is also required.<\/span>
<\/p>

 <\/span>
<\/p>

Professional experience:<\/span>
<\/p>

 <\/span>
<\/p>

At least six years of professional relevant experience, including:<\/span>
<\/p>

•3 years operational and technical experience related to cyber -defense: deployment/operation of aSOC, CSIRT,  <\/span>Security  <\/span>assessment  <\/span>platform  <\/span>or  <\/span>technical  <\/span>Security  <\/span>infrastructure  <\/span>(PKI, endpoint...);and<\/span>
<\/p>

•2 years’ experience as a team leader or technical leader for major security -related projects.<\/span>
<\/p>

Language skills:<\/span>
<\/p>

 <\/span>
<\/p>

Very good knowledge of both written and oral English (proficient user -C level, according to the Europass Language Passport classification) is mandatory.<\/span>

Working place: Luxembourg, onsite<\/span>

Salary: 500 Euro per day<\/span>

Duration 10 months, with possible extensions<\/span>
