Project Procurement Agent

Purchasing and Procurement

**Your responsibilities**:

- Leading the procurement for non-serial materials to ensure prototype builds
- Coordinating open items between the internal Engineering, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Quality Departments, and the supplier
- Exchanging documents (e.g., technical drawings, specifications, checklists) with suppliers and project teams
- Following the standard procurement process by creating purchase requisitions and orders in SAP
- Participating in regular project team meetings
- Highlighting long lead time items towards the project team to ensure an on-time launch
- Escalating late or non-delivery commitments
- Transferring materials from non-serial to serial material status before SOP (Start of Production) in collaboration with the serial procurement
- Participating in change management meetings to control material starts and material discontinuations

**Your profile**:

- Academic degree in Engineering or economical educational background
- Several years of experience in project teams
- Experience in the automotive industry is considered an asset
- Good MS Office knowledge, SAP knowledge is considered an asset
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Team player with a proactive and autonomous way of working
- Fluency in English is mandatory, German and/or French is considered an asset
