**Responsibilities**:

- Provide advisory services on a broad range of tax matters, including corporate taxation, investment funds, mergers & acquisitions, and financing transactions. By engaging in varied assignments, you will quickly build technical expertise and gain insight into strategic tax planning for both national and international clients.
- Draft, review, and assist in negotiating tax-related documentation and filings, ensuring compliance with Luxembourg and EU regulations. This hands-on experience offers direct exposure to the deal process and a clear understanding of regulatory obligations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and international colleagues to identify tax risks and opportunities, enabling you to develop problem-solving skills and strengthen your professional judgment. Close contact with clients and advisors allows you to contribute meaningfully to strategic decisions.
- Conduct research on tax law developments, support reporting and compliance obligations (CRS, FATCA, DAC 6), and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives. This ensures your expertise remains current and enhances your professional credibility within the market.

- Lawyer with 2 to 5 years of experience in tax, ideally within a law firm, accounting firm, or financial services environment in Luxembourg.
- CCDL qualification is an asset, but not mandatory.
- Professional proficiency in English and French; additional languages such as German, Luxembourgish, or Spanish are considered advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach to problem solving.
- Proactive, collaborative, and motivated to develop a deep expertise in tax matters while contributing to a collegial and supportive team environment.
