Chief Information Security Officer

**The team, position & mission**:
The CISO is responsible for Information, Cyber Security and Privacy across all entities in Orange Business - Digital Services Europe. The CISO maintains the Information Security Management System (ISMS), and ensures it is fit for purpose and support our main business areas and our business objectives.

The CISO position is organized in our Governance, Risk and Compliance function that cover important areas such as Security, Quality, Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG). We maintain policies and oversee the implementation in the organization. We also perform internal control and facilitate external audits related to all our compliance commitments and certifications, and we support sales and delivery teams to win new business and to keep customers happy.

The CISO will work closely together with an international team of security officers, as well as key roles and functions like the DPO, Security Architect, Security product manager and our CyberSecurity team.

As the Group CISO, you will be a part of the Extended Management Team. You will also have the unique opportunity to contribute with your security expertise towards the Orange group, a large international company in growth.

**Your key areas of responsibility as CISO**:

- Continuously advance our security strategy, ensuring its alignment to the business strategy and goals.
- Manage or oversee strategy execution projects.
- Maintaining the ISMS, including all security policies.
- Organizing and managing all tasks included in the ISMS (the yearly calendar of activities).
- Making sure the security, privacy and compliance performance meets the targets and supports the business needs.
- Be an advisor on security-related questions internally for Top Management, sales, operations and projects, as well as for the support functions, like P&C, Finance and Marketing.
- Act as the ultimate decision-maker in all questions related to security.
- Ensure continuous improvement of our security posture, systems, services and performance, and prove it through well-defined KPIs and goals.
- Participate in the Orange group security council and ensure reporting as needed to Orange Group.
- A minimum of 5 years in a security role/function or company.
- ISO27001 / management system governance experience.
- Proven ability to balance business and security needs.
- The ability to influence change and lead from the front.
- A technical background and knowledge enough to enable efficient cooperation with the specialists.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills, orally and in writing.

**It is not a requirement, but other preferred qualifications would be**:

- Norwegian Security Clearance (a must for Norwegian applicants).
- Proven people-manager capabilities.
