Salonkee is looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven **Account Setup Specialist** to join our vibrant team in Luxembourg.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Account Setup: Efficiently set up accounts for new clients, ensuring all necessary information and documentation are accurately gathered and processed.
- Data Management: Migrating and integrating of client data into new accounts, ensuring accuracy and security of data with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with the Sales team to facilitate smooth client onboarding processes and anticipate the need for completion of data/documentation.
- Client Onboarding: Take charge of the onboarding process, including setup and administrative tasks, to ensure a seamless experience for new clients.
- Work closely with sales, technical support, and product development teams to ensure client needs are met and feedback is communicated for future improvements.
- The role may eventually evolve into a customer-facing position.

**Required** Skills and Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a technical support, account management, or client services role, preferably in a technology or service-based company.
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and solution-oriented with strong communication skills and the ability to take ownership of tasks.
- Strong ability to learn new processes and adapt to changing environments.
- High level of professional maturity and responsibility, ensuring that client data is handled with the utmost confidentiality and integrity.

**Useful** Skills and Qualifications**
- Good knowledge of Excel and technical acumen.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong organisational skills, proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM systems, data migration tools, and account management software is a plus
- Fluency in English is a must. Knowledge of additional languages, particularly German, Dutch, French or Italian, is a plus as we expand our operations.
