Director Fund Controlling

On behalf of our client, an investment management company in Luxembourg, we are hiring an “Director Fund Controlling - Real Estate (M/F/d)”.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Providing transactional support regarding acquisitions, dispositions and (re)financings with regards to deal structure setup, tax matters and operational aspects
- Responsible for direct and indirect tax filings and tax obligations including FATCA/CRS
- Overviewing tax due diligence and financial reports
- Preparing financial audits in coordination with third parties
- Creating quarterly and annual financial reports of SPVs and funds produced by third parties under Lux GAAP or IFRS for open-end and closed-end fund structures
- Calculating proforma NAVs based on deal transaction documents
- Handling distribution forecasts and variance reports
**Your profile**:
- At least 6-8 years of relevant working experience
- Strong academic background: relevant degree level required, qualification in accounting would be an asset (e.g. ACCA)
- Good knowledge of IFRS and Lux GAAP accounting including consolidation, German and/or Italian GAAP as an advantage
- Fluency in English written and spoken, German, French or Italian as an asset
