Business Transformation & Operational Excellence** - **_Traineeship_** Trainees are great and pro-active people who are willing to discover and learn our consulting approach. The trainees help the Team to improve productivity, reduce expenditure and utilise technology to achieve long-term business goals. **EXCITING RIGHT? :) AND MORE PRECISELY, THEY TAKE AN IMPORTANT PART **IN **TRANSFORMATION PROJECTS** - Analyzing key work processes and proposing solutions to simplify and improve (incl. 4.0 solutions) - Implementing proposed solutions and managing change attitudes - Assisting and coaching our clients in improving their performance - Facilitating the implementation of corporate strategy - Becoming the privileged partner of both senior and operational management **Requirements**: **OK, AND HOW CAN YOU GET **THIS OPPORTINITY**?** We are mainly looking for trainee in master 2 (end of studies), specialization in Economics/Management or Supply chain for at least 4 months of traineeship: - Motivated and flexible, you have already demonstrated your adaptability and autonomy, - Rigor, humility, creativity, motivation and team spirit are essential qualities for success, - You are fluent in French, both in oral and written communication combined with a good sense of formalization, - You are proficient in English; knowledge of German or Luxembourgish is an asset, **AND YOU** A**RE*** - Curious - Analytic - Solution oriented (POSITIVE) - Passionate - Willing to learn and improve **BUT WAIT, IF BY ANY CHANCE...** - You're also humble - Result oriented and pragmatic - "We " matters for you more than "I " - and Fun **Benefits** => Great opportunity to learn within a team of AMAZING PEOPLE => Fair & motivating compensation (paid internship) => Top learning opportunities to develop your skills and for personal growth => Possibility to join the Team as Consultant after a successful internship (Permanent contract).
