**Overview**:
UNIX Consultant with proven experience in a critical environment, sought by a company active in the Financial sector to strengthen its infrastructure team. Skilled in supporting projects end-to-end including analysis, installation (AIX LPAR or Red Hat), production, and documentation. Brings advanced knowledge of AIX or RHEL, good security practices such as OS hardening and password rotation, and fluency in French for meetings and documentation. Experienced in system work like filesystem, patching, backup, monitoring, scripting, and security across +400 RHEL machines and Power AIX servers. Exposure to OpenShift clusters, Commvault backup, and multi-OS storage.

**Responsibilities**:

- System work (filesystem, patching, backup, monitoring, scripts, security)
- Maintaining operational conditions of systems and middleware
- Ability to support a project from start to finish: analysis, installation (AIX LPAR or Red Hat), production, documentation

**Must Have Skills**:

- Proven experience in a critical environment
- Good autonomy, rigor, sense of reporting
- Advanced knowledge of AIX or RHEL
- Good security practices (OS hardening, password rotation, etc.)
- French language skills required (meetings, documentation)
- Profile with a good skills/cost ratio

**Nice to Have Skills**:

- +400 RHEL machines (7, 8, 9), mostly virtualized
- Power AIX 7 servers running PowerVM/VIO (approximately 100 partitions)
- Commvault Backup Infrastructure
- Multi-OS storage (Linux/Windows)
