Legal Manager Opportunity at Exclusive Family Office in the City center of Luxembourg
Are you a skilled Legal Manager seeking a new challenge? Join our prestigious client a Family Office, located in the heart of Luxembourg City and be a part of their rapidly expanding of an international company and where you can find a supportive and familial environment with a competitive salary, and work-life balance are paramount.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of a portfolio of existing and new clients and bring it up to date.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documentation connected to the corporate department.
- On-boarding customer and working with the compliance department
- Coordinating the implementation of transactions located in the various jurisdictions.
- Supervising and training the corporate department
- Provide legal assistance and corporate advice.
- Oversee legal documentation, including GDPR and HR matters.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Master's degree in law or equivalent
- Between 5-10 years of experience
- Experience in an international law firm or Family office
- Fluent in English and French
