**We are seeking a** Adviser/Senior Adviser - Asset Management Consulting**
Within the AM/AI Consulting team, you will face a diverse range of projects which are often regulatory driven and which span across the entire operations of Management Companies and Alternative Investment Fund Managers.

**What you will be working on**
- You will participate in regulatory and operational transformation projects with leading players in the Asset Management and Alternative Investment landscape.
- You will support the Engagement Team in the identification, review and creation of engagement deliverables and be involved in the preparation of meeting materials.
- You will closely work with senior decision-makers at client level.
- You will develop a strong command of the applicable regulatory framework related to the Asset Management industry (UCITS, AIFMD, ESMA, CSSF Circulars).
- You will produce market intelligence studies, peer group comparisons and benchmarking exercises in support of our client’s strategic decisions**.**
**What we look for**
- You have a Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Management or similar fields.
- You have between 1 and 3 years of experience in compliance, risk management or operations in the Financial Services Sector, ideally at a Management Company/AIFM or another consulting firm.
- A working knowledge of key regulatory topics e.g. UCITS, AIFMD and/or industry experience is an asset.
- You have strong analytical, project management and problem-solving skills.
- You have good command of Microsoft Office tools (esp. Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- You are a team player, have a “getting-it-done” attitude towards challenges situations and have strong communication skills for client facing situations.
- You are fluent in English. French or German would be an asset.
