We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Business Planning and Analysis I. This role is located in Luxembourg
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Strategic Operations Oversight: Manage and streamline day-to-day business operations across departments, ensuring alignment with the Management Company’s strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Financial and Performance Reporting: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance analytics to support informed decision-making by senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Process and Efficiency Improvements: Identify and implement process enhancements, leveraging technology and best practices to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
- Stakeholder and Vendor Management: Act as a liaison between investment teams, compliance, legal, and third-party vendors, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Project and Change Management: Lead cross-functional projects, including new fund launches, system upgrades, or regulatory initiatives, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- At least 5 years of total work experience preferred.
