Our client is an international law firm with more than 40 offices worldwide and implemented for more than 30 years in Luxembourg. Expert in their field, their reputation makes them a renowned firm which continue to evolve every year.
Select has been mandated to recruit a Risk and Compliance Legal Expert. You will be directly involved in the development of risk and compliance strategies.
**Job description**
Attached to the department’s Management, you will take part in the decisions and will act as a key role in the development of new policies. Your tasks will include:
- Participate in the implementation of new projects;
- Assist in updating current policies;
- Oversee the work of the R&C Analyst team (composed by two people);
- Train the team on different R&C procedures;
- Be the key point of contact for Management.
**Profile**
- You hold a law diploma (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree);
- You have 2-4 years’ experience in Risk or/and Compliance (ideally in Big 4 or law firm);
- You speak English and French fluently and good written skills in both languages;
- You are dynamic and proactive;
- You are a team player.
