Logistics Shift Supervisor

**Description**:
We are looking for **Logistics Shift Supervisor** in a global industrial company specialized in manufacturing and advanced materials, with a strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement.

**Function**:

- Ensure safety at all times, maintaining consistent quality and efficiency of warehousing and shipping activities at the level required by customers.
- Unite the team around the plant and department vision, while ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Lead Lean activities and actively contribute to the department’s transformation projects.
- Manage and supervise a production team of 10 to 15 operators within a 4-shift rotating model.
- Serve as the key point of contact between various plant departments and external support teams.

**Profile**:

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or logistics, combined with substantial professional experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing tools and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Fluent in French with a good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong work ethic, proactive attitude, and proven leadership in managing teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact at all organizational levels.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Customer-oriented with an analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to generate improvement by proposing innovative ideas.
- Team spirit, self-motivated, energetic, with an entrepreneurial mindset and results-driven approach.
