**About the job**:
For a world leading tier one automotive electrification supplier who s a global product leader in the vehicle market, Connecting Experts are seeking a Senior System Test Lead. The position will be based in Luxembourg.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Creating a project-wide overall test plan for each release and for production
- Maintaining the project’s overall V&V status and communicating it to all stakeholders
- In charge of reporting the project’s overall V&V Status to the client and other stakeholders within the organisation
- Accountable for any Project Audit pertaining to Test Processes
- Adhere to the established Defect Analysis and Tracking methodology
- Managing an engineering team and assisting with their performance evaluation with their line manager
- Managing the project’s overall budget for test equipment
- Oversee a project’s verification and validation activities
- Planning the project’s system, software, and hardware test formulation and execution
- Attending customer meetings and any internal or external escalation
- Adhere to the procedure as established by EDF or any deviation decided with Engineering Group Manager Test & Automation
- Prepare the project’s release test summary and release test
- Track software and hardware failures to closure and report them to the development team
- Accountable for any Bench Definition/Configuration needed for project testing
- Basic understanding of motors, automotive electronics, electrical circuits, and microcontroller HW

**Your Profile**:

- Experience and confidence in presenting to customers as well as internal stakeholders
- Team-leading experience
- Solid working knowledge of Python, Simulink, and Simscape models in MATLAB
- Produce HIL/Dyne test plans and test cases using the functional and design requirements
- As part of the ASPICE process, analyse and comprehend the functional requirements and design requirements, and create test cases for system, integration, and functional testing
- Knowledge of the following preferred tools is preferred: CANoe with CAPL Scripting, CANape, TraceTronic-ECU Test, NI LABVIEW, NI VERISTAND, TESTSTAND, DIAGRA, ETAS INCA, Control Desk NG, Configuration Desk NG, JIRA, Polarion, and Plastic SCM/Bit Bucket
- Specialized knowledge in battery management systems, vehicle dynamics, transmission systems, and electric drives
- Preferable knowledge of the ASPICE Standard for Automotive, Functional Safety ISO 26262, and CyberSecurity Standards
- The ability to occasionally travel within the EU or internationally
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities to collaborate with international teams using an agile approach
