- Coordinate banking activities, including payment execution, reconciliations, and day-to-day cash flow monitoring.
- Handle **VAT calculations and reconciliations**, as well as ensure correct documentation for tax-related filings.
- Serve as the **main liaison for external stakeholders**, such as auditors, legal advisors, and financial institutions, ensuring deadlines are met and communication remains transparent.
- Identify opportunities for **improving accounting processes and internal controls**, contributing to the ongoing refinement of the team’s operating model.
**Profile and Career Path**|** Fiduciary - Finance - Tax - Luxembourg**
- You have built a **minimum of four years** of accounting experience in Luxembourg, ideally within a holding, fiduciary, or family office environment.
- You are fluent in **Dutch and English**, both of which are essential to handle internal and cross-border communication.
- You hold a **university** degree in accounting, finance, or a related domain.
- You are fully proficient in the Luxembourg accounting framework and capable of managing an accounting file autonomously from A to Z.
- Experience working with **SOPARFI** or **similar investment structures** is considered a valuable asset.
