To strengthen its Start-Up Relations team, Luxinnovation, Luxembourg’s national innovation agency, is looking for a dynamic and motivated intern (M/F) who will actively participate in daily startup-related activities and contribute to the development of future projects.

We offer a **6-month full-time internship**, starting in January 2026. To be eligible, you must have student status and an internship agreement covering the entire duration of the assignment.

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

Working closely with and under the guidance of the Start-Up Relations team, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Support the Fit 4 Start startup acceleration programme during its execution;
- Assist in organising the programme across its various phases, from participant selection to coaching and progress monitoring;
- Help conceptualise and organise key events (e.g. pitching sessions, graduation event);
- Monitor the Fit 4 Start Alumni Club, collect relevant data and measure its performance;
- Participate in startup events and actively promote Luxinnovation’s services to strengthen awareness and connections within the entrepreneurial community;
- Support in carrying out and further developing account management processes, including maintaining comprehensive documentation in the CRM system and assisting with data management tasks;
- Contribute to various other activities of the Start-Up Relations department and support strategic initiatives.

**LEVEL OF STUDIES AND SKILLS**
- You are a Master’s student in entrepreneurship or management with a strong interest in the startup ecosystem.
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written), and a collaborative, service-oriented mindset.
- You are well-organised, proactive and comfortable with the ability to work with a certain autonomy.
- You have strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- You are committed and a strong team player.
- You have perfect command of English. Knowledge of French, German or Luxemburgish is a plus.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Power Point and Excel.
