**Summary**:
Our client is expanding its Luxembourg branch and is on the search for a talented Accounting Associate to support the day-to-day financial operations of the AIFM and General Partners of their Luxembourg funds. Reporting directly to the Conducting Officer, you will be an integral part of the team that drives the firm’s growth in the region.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Bookkeeping under Lux GAAP for regulated entities (AIFM or regulated Funds).
- Assist with annual statutory reporting process and audit.
- Assist with the quarterly/annual financials.
- Prepare budgets and quarterly forecasts.
- Liaising with the Finance and Fund adm. team in other offices and service providers as needed.
- Processing invoices, payments, and GPS calculations.
- Assist with liquidity modelling and analysis.
- Assist with VAT and tax compliance returns.
**Role Requirements**:
- Relevant professional accounting qualifications.
- 3-4 years of experience.
- Fluent in English, a good command of French
- From a regulated environment
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work autonomously.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong team player: eager to learn and work with others in a dynamic and friendly environment.
