**Description**:
Join our Treasury team as our next Treasury Assistant in Luxembourg, this team manage Enterprise cash, debt and liquidity to ensure that we have sufficient cash to fund our investments and that we continue to deleverage our balance sheet.
We also manage the Enterprise’s credit rating and our financial risks including foreign exchange, interest rate and counterparty risk.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in monitoring and managing cash levels.
- Screen bank details and perform required call back to ensure accuracy of bank details.
- Maintain the SSis database.
- Ensure that the payment log is up to date and audit trail is maintained.
- Co-manage the dedicated Treasury mailbox with the view to deliver best in class customer service to our internal and external customers.
- Maintain Fund Management System and Treasury Management System.
- Authorise payments on the online banking platform.
- Maintain internal documents (training, user manual, process documents, etc.)
- Update user profiles on our banking platforms.
- Assist with additional ad hoc admin Treasury requests such as audit and periodic KYC requirements.

**Accounts Payable**
- Primarily processing all invoices for the fund entities
- First point of contact with regards to queries on Accounts Payable topics
- Review accounts payable lists monthly to ensure there are no aged balances

**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:
You'll be joining our team that supports the wider Arrow group, therefore, fluency in English is essential for this role. As well as the ability to work onsite in our offices, this is an office based role.

Experience for the role isn't necessary however, you'll have excellent levels of accuracy with strong organisational skills.

You will be a natural team player who can interact easily with your colleagues and have strong communication skills, with the ability to prioritise and deliver within defined timeframes.

As well as this you'll need to be competent with Microsoft office products.
