**Requirements**:

- Supports senior management, partners, principals, managers and Senior Consultants in formulating, executing and communicating the strategy.
- Provides support for the day to day workflow across a portfolio of activities including:

- Company research;
- Quantitative analysis
- Company valuation analysis
- Financial modelling
- Process and project management
- Takes ownership of specific parts of a variety of different projects
Services are provided to assist the organization in achieving the intended outputs and outcomes of relevant strategic initiatives and programs
- Support Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), integration and strategic projects
- Conduct quantitative analysis, company valuation analysis, financial modelling and business plan modelling.
- Conduct industry and company research.
- Be responsible for defined projects, workstreams and tasks with multiple stakeholders.
- Ensure that the project and program work is compliant with documented standards, templates, and frameworks, and captured in agreed toolsets
- Review possible risks and issues that could impact delivery and either resolve or escalate as appropriate
- Ensure stakeholder awareness, engagement and communication.
- Provide other relevant support as required.
- Self-enabled elaboration of concept parts
- Conduction of workshops and meetings
- Coaching of people on working level
- Typically, 2-3 years of experience in the relevant strategic area
- Experience of at least one strategy project
