Für unseren Bereich Client Service - Depositary am Standort Munsbach in Luxemburg suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Termin einen KYC Officer (m/w/d).

IHR AUFGABENGEBIET
- Vornahme von KYC-Prozessen in Übereinstimmung mit europäischen, luxemburgischen und internen Anforderungen im Rahmen der Anbindung von neuen Kunden sowie der regelmäßigen Überprüfung von Bestandskunden
- Prüfung, Bewertung und Dokumentation von Compliance-relevanten Kundenunterlagen
- Durchführung von Due-Diligence-Prozessen
- Sorgfältige Analyse von gesellschaftsrechtlichen Strukturen und Bestimmung von Vertretungsverhältnissen und der wirtschaftlich Berechtigten
- Kontinuierliche Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der entsprechenden internen Organisationsanweisung und KYC-Standards
- Bestimmung und Erfassung der FACTA/CRS-relevanten Steuerangaben von Kunden
- Durchführung von KYC/AML Transaktionsmonitoring
- Mitarbeit in übergreifenden Projekten

IHR PROFIL
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes einschlägiges Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (z.B. Wirtschaftsjurist/in)
- Mindestens drei
- bis fünfjährige Berufserfahrung im KYC/AML-Bereich in Luxemburg
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der europäischen und luxemburgischen Regelungen zu AML
- Praktisch erworbene Kenntnisse der gängigen Luxemburger Fondsstrukturen
- Gutes Verständnis für gesellschaftsrechtliche Strukturen, insbesondere deutscher und luxemburgischer Gesellschaften
- Eigeninitiative, Durchsetzungsstärke sowie gutes Verhandlungsgeschick
- Zielorientierung, Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit
- Sehr gute deutsche und englische Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Umfangreiche PC-Kenntnisse, insbesondere sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
