emma takes care of managing virtual computing power, controls resources statuses, integrates into networks, provides predictive analytics and insights of resource usage broken down by funds spent, manages budgets and teams, automatically deploys software, performs cross-provider infrastructure migration, manages backups, and more. There is a lot emma does, but we've got even more in store for the platform's development, and that is why we are expanding our team: to advance even faster.
**Position duties and responsibilities**
- Involvement in the whole end-end software development process from ideation all the way through to release and monitoring
- Participates in discussion of business requirements, cross-functional dependencies and systems impacts
- Conduct market research and business analysis for potential new features, gathering insights and providing recommendations to inform product development decisions
- Responsible to formulate and define system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding to develop or modify moderately complex information systems
- Creation of standard to moderately complex technical design specifications from functional requirements including: system use case diagrams, data flow diagrams, system design models, pseudo code, etc. May need to work with programmers to clarify during development
- Coordination of the development process, supporting the developers with the product expertise, and managing development tickets, timelines and issues
- Quality assurance of the implemented services and functionality, providing the required assistance in testing and coordinating of fixing bugs
- Other relevant duties as assigned
**Your qualification**
- BS/MS Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and presentation
- Ability to quickly adapt and adjust projects to new expectations and direction
- Atlassian Jira and Confluence
- High IT literacy
- Fluency in English.
