**Scope of work**:

- Be key in our monthly closing process, reporting directly to the Finance Manager.
- Be involved in the day-to-day accounting matters in Luxembourg, France and UK.
- Be in charge of account reconciliations, journal entries, accruals and other documents necessary to support monthly closing.
- Review accounting treatments across all entities, and document them.
- Participate in the preparation of the annual statutory accounts and liaise with external auditors.
- Support the opening of any future entities around the world, ensuring compliance with the group accounting policies.
- Actively participate in the continuous improvement and standardization of processes and controls and implement best practices.
- Be a key player in the implementation of a new ERP and contribute to the success of the internalization of our accounting.

**Your profile**:

- You hold a Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or similar with 2 to 3 years of experience in a Big 4, fiduciary or commercial company.
- You have a deep knowledge of LUX GAAP - UK & FR GAAP would be a plus.
- Good knowledge of income tax and VAT rules and principles.
- You are curious, always keep up to date with the latest trends and regulations.
- You can count to a million... and you have advanced computer skills on MS Office (esp. Excel), accounting software and databases.
- Of course, this also means that you have excellent analytical skills.
- You are a good communicator (both in French and English) and you enjoy teamwork.
- You also take great pride in protecting your team from being shot by nerf guns...

**You get bonus points if you have the following**:

- Previous experience in a tech startup environment
- Experience choosing and implementing an ERP
