Transfert Pricing

Role:_
- Part of the Global Transfer Pricing Function_ _- Support strategic transfer pricing initiatives_ _- Assist with developing and implement Transfer Pricing Policies_ _- Assist with the Transfer Pricing compliance_
- Accountabilities:_
- Develop a good working knowledge of the business (commercial, technical, financial etc.)_ _- Support in the development and implementation of Transfer Pricing policies;_ _- Support in the management of Transfer Pricing projects and review of existing business models_ _- Compliance centre to improve the preparation of transfer pricing documentation, including economic and financial analyses as well as comparability studies for all types of intercompany transactions_ _- Assist with the development and implementation of an Operational TP Monitoring system to ensure TP policies are being applied correctly within the Group_ _- Support Group entities in Transfer Pricing audits, APAs, arbitration procedures or litigation_

**Profil**:

- Experience / Qualifications:_
- University degree in economics, accounting, business administration or law
- 3 to 5 years of working experience in the area of Tax, TP, accounting or finance_ _- Strong analytical and problem solving skills;_ _- Excellent presentation and communication skills including intercultural skills_ _- Language Skills: Fluency in English is a must; the knowledge of any other language is considered as an asset_ _- Basic computer literacy: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), willingness to learn new systems of communication, data storage and exchange_
